The Fulbright International Education Administrator (IEA) Awards empower professionals to build strategic global partnerships and advance campus internationalization. Attendees learn from past awardees to India, South Korea, and Taiwan, as well as discover the Institute of Education's program insights on how to apply, leverage the experience, and transform institutions.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the purpose, structure, and benefits of the Fulbright IEA Award, including how it fosters global engagement, builds leadership capacity, and drives institutional impact through immersive, short-term exchanges.
  • Identify specific strategies to leverage the IEA experience to strengthen campus internationalization efforts, such as building sustainable partnerships, expanding faculty mobility, supporting global curriculum initiatives, and creating ripple effects across their institutions.
  • Develop an outreach plan to promote IEA opportunities within your institution and networks by learning proven strategies from award recipients and IIE representatives.
