Kyle Rausch, EdD (he/him/his)

Dr. Kyle Rausch is Vice President for Academic Partnerships at CEA CAPA Education Abroad. He previously served as Executive Director of the Study Abroad Office and International Travel Safety at the University of Illinois Chicago, where he led a team that increased participation in education abroad by more than 70%, helped the university become a top producer of Gilman Scholars, and developed its institutional international travel risk management program.

With nearly two decades of experience across public universities, Kyle’s work focuses on expanding access, strengthening academic partnerships, and connecting global learning to student development and career readiness. He holds a Doctor of Education from Arizona State University and is a Fulbright International Education Administrator Scholar (Taiwan, 2023). Kyle also serves as a licensed IDI Qualified Administrator and has completed two elected terms on the Council of the Forum on Education Abroad.
