Parinaz Zartoshty, EdD is the Assistant Vice Provost and Executive Director of Stanford University's Bechtel International Center. In her role, she provides strategy, vision, leadership, direction and establishes objectives and goals and implements innovative strategies. Prior to this role, she has held leadership positions at various institutions. As a scholar practitioner, Parinaz uses data and research to guide decisions and processes, while navigating her leadership roles. She has served in volunteer positions with NAFSA, both at the national and regional levels, including Chair of NAFSA's Trainer Corps, Region XII's TLS/IEL KC Representative, Region XII's conference team, and most recently, she is serving as the IEL KC representative as part of the 2025-2027 ACC. She also served as SME for the "Agile Leadership" module of the International Education Professional Certificate. She was a participant in the Fulbright Japan IEA Seminar in 2018 and the Fulbright IEA Seminar in France in 2023.
