This session explores a collaborative faculty and staff development model designed to build global competence of participants as well as advance campus internationalization. Participants gain tools, strategies, and resources to implement intercultural learning, guided by cultural intelligence assessments and action planning.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define the concept of global competence.
  • Adapt case studies to fit participants' campus contexts.
  • Develop strategies to create a global competence curriculum.
  • Access and utilize resources for global competence curriculum development and support.
