David has more than 18 years of experience in international education. He has held positions at the University of Chicago and Virginia Tech and currently serves as the Associate Director for Faculty and Staff Immigration Services at the University of Michigan. David manages the employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant programs for all the university’s campuses, including its medical center. He is a frequent speaker on faculty and staff immigration matters in academia, served as the Chair for the Employment Based subcommittee of NAFSA’s International Student and Scholar Regulatory Practice Committee (ISS RP) and served in a variety of other roles at NAFSA, CUPA-HR and CFGI.
