CCMI is a not-for-profit organization operating in the Cayman Islands since 1998, dedicated to conducting and facilitating research, education, outreach and conservation to sustain marine biodiversity for future generations. We've been fulfilling our mission through immersive, experiential learning opportunities through residential university programmes at the Little Cayman Research Centre (LCRC), as well as innovating, cutting-edge research programmes, and ambitious conservation efforts, including the Cayman Islands’ first coral nursery and our empirically based restoration programme.
